Things I do that help






These are some of the things I do that make me successful in my journey.

What a great idea with using the stickers:)

I also keep track of what i do, but i never thought of using the stickers but i may steal your idea :)

I Keep track of everything on an excercise tracking sheet, steps, distance etc and then i write down everything i eat.

I find that that having the visual always helps motivate me and keep me motivated.

Love the sticker key.... I'm gonna have to try this. The only thing I ever use stickers for is my exercise!

I do something similar but have a much smaller calendar. I would love to have a large one like the one you have, where did ya get it?
