After a week of eating like crap....I'm up almost 3 pounds...but I'm not fretting and I realized that it's TOM this week and I'm usually a pretty big gainer during the week. I'm going to log in my steps in my America on the Move Challenge and however many I need to meet my goal is going to be my goal for this week. My food goal is to cook every meal from scratch this week. Hope everyone had a good weekend.

I am defiintely on board with that goal this week. Now that wedding is behind me I am ready to hit the ground running. =) unfortunately I have to retrace some steps from the eating I did this weekend =(. Oh well, lets make this week great!!

Ugh.. may I join the club of a crappy eating weekend? LOL Aw well.. jump back on track and you'll have those 3lbs back off in no time.
At least you didn't abandon ship - - who cares of the sea was a little bit rocky this weekend, good to see you are back on board! As long as you get yourself headed in the right direction again - - you're off to a good start for the week. Hope it's a great one!
