So I weighed in this morning. I'm not quite sure what I expected....but I'm up 4 pounds....I'm not entirely sure why because I'm feeling like I'm getting more invested...the goals for next week will definately be helpful and if I start seeing losses again, that's where I'm heading. So I'm throwing out this there - what do you do when you're stuck and you feel like you're never going to be successful at this again?

I would suggest grab a bottle of water an go for a walk. Don't know if it will work for you, but it always helps kinda pick up my spirits and I'm doing something healthy.

Definately agree with Erin - take all your frustrations out with activity! You can also look over your shoulder and see how far you've come! 20 pounds already! Awesome - it won't be long before that number is on the move again! Have a great "on-plan" week!
