Got it

I got all my Weight Watchers stuff and signed up for a free week to see how many points I'm supposed to eat. According to what I put in, it says I can have 34 points per day and 35 flex per week. I'm going to start on weight is slowly starting to creep down so here's to hoping that yet again, I am on the right track!

Your on the right track because you are still trying!! It's hard to get back into healthy eating when you haven't been doing it for a while. But i know you can do it!! Have a great week.

I have the WW Points card too as I was a WW Member in 2002 ....I should pull my card out & compaire my points that I consume to see where I sit.I have been doing my walking & lots of exercise with the walking challenge miles & I only wished I started at the beginning with all of you.
