I'm up .4 this week...I am just so blue...and so stressed about work and I've had the serious munchies....I keep wanting to go to the gym and I've been making all my food for work, but when I'm home, I'm a bottomless pit...I just wish that I could just stick with it, that knowing the end result would push me, that I could get excited for Weight Watchers, or South Beach or something....and have major losses but I'm not there yet and it's hard to see how far I've come when I'm sitting here struggling with where I'm going....

I feel your pain! It's hard to always be motivated.. or to find that motivation that you once had. Best of luck though.. I'm sure you'll get it once again! Have a good week :)

I am also having a very hard time getting motivated. Maybe we can compete with each other somehow to get ourselves motivated? Like the loser has to buy the winner something?

HANG IN THERE.

3 flimsy words but Im hoping they'll boslter you a bit this morning.

YOU CAN SO DO THIS.

set yourself up for success in all the ways you can (preplanning food etc) and BE LOVING TO YOURSELF.

I totally understand your frustration. I am the same with the bottomless pitness at home. The constant need to snack makes evenings and weekends such a struggle sometimes. Do you keep tempting snacks at home? I got to the point where I had to throw out anything "dangerous" and be really disciplined about not buying them too.

Hang in there though. You'll get there!

I wish I had some magic tid bit of advice that would make it all so much easier but I don't. You are doing great. You are moving forward. Each small step counts no matter how much it doesn't feel like it.

How about a chewy, takes a while to snack buts good for you like jerky? High in protein (fills you yup faster and lasts longer) and takes you a while to knaw(?) on it lol.

Like MizFit said "Hang in there".

ok so you got a lot of hang in there...you can do it...well here it comes from me who is days away from giving up my first and foremost goal(which was staying on phase 1 for 4 weeks but not happening as of monday which is 2 weeks it will be onto phase 2)
just keep doing what you are doing as long as it makes you happy. if it does not make you happy reconsider. that is all i will say on that subject. steve loves you and so do i so as long as you love you nothing else matters.
ps we got to get together...are you still free on the 18th? i would love to come down and see you.

I've learned the past week that we CAN be stronger than the stress. My family has always run for the vending machines during troubled times, but this time I found that focusing on the good nutrition that I knew would combat the stress helped me make (mostly) healthier choices. Even though I really just wanted a Hostess Cupcake. Yellow or chocolate. Or both. :)

Stay as strong as I know you are...
