The plan

I'm working on "the plan". I found a PCP and he gave me a lab slip to re-check my cholesterol in several my end date is August 1st. I'm in the process of coming up with some goals though, like to workout/ be active half of the days, to cut my dietary cholesterol to less use FitDay again, which I think I'm going to sign up for the premier membership tomorrow when I get paid....I'd love support, suggestions, even a partner so bring it!

I'm no expert, but it looks like a good plan to get you on the healthier path!

As far as suggestions, one of my most useful tools is a small desk calendar that I make a notation in every day that I do the right things. (And when I don't have a really good day, I make a note as to what was going on.) Seeing the goodness pile up makes me want to continue the trend. It also takes away the sting when one of those blippy days happens. :)
